SWOT ANALYSIS OF UZBEKISTAN’S DIGITAL READINESS

This article provides a comprehensive SWOT analysis of Uzbekistan’s digital readiness, focusing on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with the country’s digital transformation efforts. The study evaluates the current state of digital infrastructure, e-government services, digital literacy, and policy frameworks. Special attention is given to national strategies such as the "Digital Uzbekistan 2030" program. The analysis aims to identify both internal and external factors that influence the development of the digital ecosystem in Uzbekistan and offers strategic recommendations for accelerating digital progress in the country.
