Methods for Expanding the Assortment of Dried Stone Fruit Products

Abstract
This article analyzes methods for expanding the assortment of dried stone fruit products, specifically apricot, plum and cherry. The focus is on developing new product types, improving drying technologies, implementing packaging innovations, adapting to market demands, and ensuring environmental sustainability. The practical possibilities and export prospects of expanding the assortment in the context of Uzbekistan’s agriculture are examined. The study is based on scientific literature, Uzbekistan’s normative-legal documents, and market analysis. The article provides recommendations for innovative approaches, quality standards, and market strategies to diversify the assortment, contributing to Uzbekistan’s competitiveness in the global market.
