Abstract

This paper explores the pedagogical foundations of developing individual educational trajectories (IETs) for students. Grounded in constructivist learning theories, differentiated instruction, and self-regulated learning, IETs provide personalized learning experiences tailored to students' needs, abilities, and goals. The study highlights the role of diagnostic assessments, curriculum differentiation, and technology-enhanced learning in facilitating personalized education. Despite challenges such as teacher workload and standardized assessment constraints, IETs enhance student motivation, autonomy, and academic success.
