Abstract

The article discusses the issues of increasing the health levels of student youth in the process of physical education and sports. At the same time, the study of a set of research results on the body of students, the formation of a healthy lifestyle through physical education, physical training and physical development of modern youth. Thus, the importance of physical education for students for general physical training, primarily for promoting health.
