Abstract

This article analyzes the effectiveness of the formation of a culture of oratory in the moral and aesthetic education of students from a scientific and pedagogical perspective. Oratory culture is interpreted not only as the ability to speak fluently, but also as the competence to convey thoughts based on moral responsibility, aesthetic expression, logical reasoning and communicative culture. The study covers the assessment of the speech activity of 10-11th grade students based on the criteria of moral standards, aesthetic taste, speech culture, communicative ability, emotional intelligence and written and oral expression. The effectiveness of the methodological model developed based on the results of experimental tests conducted in general secondary schools in Surkhandarya, Jizzakh and Andijan regions in 2022-2024 was analyzed mathematically and statistically.
