Abstract

This article analyzes the guarantees of civil rights in the Republic of Uzbekistan, their constitutional and legal foundations, implementation mechanisms, and the role of the state in ensuring citizens’ rights and freedoms. It also examines the essence of citizenship, procedures for acquiring and losing it, and issues of legal protection of citizens. The study provides conclusions and recommendations for further strengthening civil rights.
