Abstract
This article analyzes the current state of the e-commerce market, macroeconomic dynamics, and the transition processes to the digital economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of the fourth industrial revolution and the unprecedentedly rapid development of global information technologies. The study deeply highlights the formation of the country's first "unicorn" companies, the expansion of the market ecosystem, as well as systemic problems related to logistics infrastructure, customs administration, and the shadow economy.
