Abstract

In this article, the activities and roles of nurses in the process of introducing the electronic medical records  system in health care institutions are analyzed based on the literature review [1,3]. Studies show that the EMR system helps nurses improve work efficiency, accuracy of medical information and patient safety [4,6]. At the same time, problems such as lack of digital skills, increased workload and information security were also noted [6]. The results show that when the EMR system is properly implemented, it plays an important role in systematizing the activities of nurses and improving the quality of care, and scientifically substantiates the need to develop digital competencies [7,9].
