Abstract

Qovoq o‘simligi nafaqat mevasi, urug‘i balki guli bilan ham xalq tabobati va zamonaviy fitoterapiyada muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. So‘nggi ilmiy tadqiqotlar qovoq gullarini o‘ziga xos kimyoviy tarkibi ya’ni vitaminlar, karotinoidlar, flavonoidlar, fitosterinlar, mineral moddalar va yog‘ kislotalariga boy funktsional oziq-ovqat manbai sifatida tasdiqlaydi. Ushbu sharh maqolada qovoq gulining kimyoviy tarkibi, biologik faol moddalariga asoslangan shifobaxsh xususiyatlari, antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi va immunomodulyator ta’sirlari ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Qovoq gulining boy kimyoviy tarkibi uni yurak-qon tomir, immun, nerv va teri salomatligini qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi tabiiy vosita hisoblanadi.
