Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of the gender approach in the modern education system, particularly the significance and mechanisms of forming the gender paradigm among future primary school teachers. It also analyzes issues related to the development of gender culture, ensuring gender equality, and enhancing teachers’ professional competence through the implementation of a learner-centered approach in the educational process.
