Abstract
This study focuses on the issue of resistance to change in digital transformation projects and analyzes its key causes. The research examines how psychological, organizational, and cultural factors influence employee resistance during the implementation of digital technologies in organizations. Furthermore, the study identifies both individual and institutional sources of resistance and proposes effective change management mechanisms to reduce such resistance. The findings of the research contribute to the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
