Abstract
This article discusses the main types of upbringing, their content and role in the development of the individual. The process of upbringing is aimed at the comprehensive development of the individual, in which the areas of spiritual and moral, physical, labor, aesthetic, civic and ideological upbringing are of particular importance. The article explains the essence, tasks of upbringing and the role of each type in the educational process.
