Lumbar spine osteochondrosis is one of the most prevalent degenerative disorders of the musculoskeletal system and is characterized by a wide range of clinical and neurological manifestations. The aim of this study was to analyze major clinical and neurological symptoms and their correlations with magnetic resonance imaging findings. A total of 632 patients were evaluated, including assessment of pain intensity, radicular involvement, neurological deficits, and the degree of intervertebral disc degeneration. A strong correlation was identified between the severity of degenerative changes and pain intensity, as well as the frequency and localization of radiculopathies. The article provides tables summarizing clinical phenotypes, associations between disc herniation levels and neurological deficits, and the relationship between symptom severity and Pfirrmann degeneration grades. The results emphasize the importance of comprehensive clinical and neurological assessment in the diagnosis and management of lumbar osteochondrosis.
