Abstract

Ushbu maqolada payvandlangan metall konstruktsiyalarning ekspluatatsion barqarorligini oshirish usullari, ularning mustahkamligini ta’minlovchi texnologik, konstruktiv va metallurgik omillar tahlil qilinadi. Payvand choklarida yuzaga keluvchi ichki kuchlanishlar, termik deformatsiyalar va metall strukturaviy o‘zgarishlar konstruktsiyaning xizmat muddati va ishonchliligiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Shuning uchun bu maqolada payvandlash rejimlarini optimallashtirish, issiqlik ishlov berish, yangi turdagi qo‘shimcha materiallardan foydalanish hamda 3D modellashtirish va simulyatsiya asosidagi nazorat usullari haqida batafsil fikr yuritilgan. O‘zbekiston sanoatida payvandlangan konstruktsiyalarning mustahkamligini oshirish bo‘yicha olib borilayotgan ilmiy izlanishlar va istiqbolli texnologiyalar ham yoritilgan.
