Abstract

This article presents a statistical assessment of the efficiency of online services provided
by commercial banks, with a focus on the banking sector of Uzbekistan. The study explores how digital
transformation has reshaped service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer interaction. A set
of key performance indicators—including transaction speed, cost per operation, digital usage rates,
and customer satisfaction—is analyzed using descriptive statistics and comparative benchmarking.
Furthermore, a SWOT analysis is applied to evaluate the internal and external factors influencing
the digital banking environment. The research findings suggest that online services contribute
significantly to improving banking efficiency, but also highlight the need for better infrastructure,
enhanced cybersecurity, and financial literacy initiatives. The results provide actionable insights for
bank managers and policymakers aiming to optimize digital banking strategies
