Abstract

This paper explores the critical role of individualized instruction in primary education, emphasizing how personalizing teaching methods to students' psychological and cognitive profiles enhances learning outcomes. It examines key methodologies for implementing individualized learning, addresses challenges in teacher training and resource availability, and presents statistical data and international best practices from Finland, the United States, and other educational systems. Results show a measurable improvement in student motivation, engagement, and academic performance. Recommendations are provided for integrating personalized learning through digital tools, teacher training, and parental involvement.
