Abstract

These approaches help reduce the workload of educators, increase student engagement, and improve the overall quality of education. The paper highlights the advantages of a new management model for practical training, supported by real-life examples and technological capabilities. The findings aim to facilitate the adoption of innovative solutions in educational institutions.
