Abstract

This article examines the classification of various types of natural tourist resources and their characteristics, addressing the critical gap in understanding how these elements influence tourist attraction and sustainability. The research identifies five primary categories of natural resources: landscapes, biodiversity, ecosystems, geological formations, and climate, each with unique attributes that shape visitor engagement and conservation efforts. Key findings indicate that specific features of natural resources, such as accessibility, environmental health, and recreational opportunities, directly correlate with visitor preferences and satisfaction levels. In addition, quantitative data reveal that regions with diverse natural assets experience higher tourist influx while maintaining sustainable practices, highlighting the interplay between resource management and tourism development. The significance of these findings extends to healthcare, as an increase in natural tourism can promote mental and physical well-being through enhanced outdoor activities and community involvement in conservation efforts. Furthermore, by advocating for the preservation of natural environments, the study underscores a critical dialogue between tourism and public health, suggesting that responsible resource management can lead to improved health outcomes for both local populations and tourists. Overall, this research contributes to the discourse on sustainable tourism by emphasizing the need for comprehensive strategies that harness the benefits of natural resources while mitigating potential negative environmental impacts, offering a framework for future studies in both tourism and healthcare sectors.
