Abstract
Ushbu maqolada yurak mushak to‘qimasining regeneratsiya salohiyati gistologik nuqtai nazardan ko‘rib chiqiladi. Yurak mushak hujayralarining (kardiomiositlar) proliferatsiya darajasi, ularning hujayraviy siklga kirish qobiliyati, shuningdek, regeneratsiyani cheklovchi va rag‘batlantiruvchi omillar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, embrional va neonatal davrlarda yurak to‘qimasining tiklanish xususiyatlari hamda yetuk yurak to‘qimalarining cheklangan regeneratsiya imkoniyatlari muhokama qilinadi. Zamonaviy ilmiy manbalar asosida yurak regeneratsiyasini faollashtirishga qaratilgan biotexnologik yondashuvlar yoritilgan.
