Abstract

This article examines the impact of physical activity on mental health, including its role in the prevention and treatment of depression and anxiety disorders. The study is based on the analysis of existing data and meta-analyses. Key findings show that regular physical exercise improves psycho-emotional well-being and overall quality of life. The article also discusses the mechanisms through which physical activity affects mental health, as well as the barriers to its implementation in everyday practice.
