IMPROVEMENT OF SPECIAL PHYSICAL TRAINING OF NUCLEAR RESEARCHERS IN CLASSIFICATION F33 AND F34

In this article, the author conducted a pedagogical experiment to improve the special physical fitness of highly qualified core pushers in the F33 and F34 classifications. At the same time, they used a dynamometer to measure hand muscle strength in the experiment and developed their training according to the results of the research.
