Abstract

The development of oratory skills in primary school teachers is essential for effective teaching and student engagement. This article explores a methodology for enhancing teachers' speech culture, integrating linguistic precision, psychological principles, and interactive techniques. Strategies such as phonetic drills, role-playing, and ethical speech practices contribute to teachers' communicative competence. Continuous self-improvement and structured training programs further reinforce their oratory skills. By fostering speech culture, educators enhance classroom interactions and support students' linguistic development.
