Abstract
This article analyzes the basic principles of time management theory and their importance for school leaders. The impact of effective time management on the school management process, effective decision-making, stress reduction, and teamwork coordination are examined. Time management strategies are also proposed for school leaders and recommendations are made for the formation of an effective management system. This article serves to develop methodological approaches aimed at increasing management efficiency in the educational sector.
