Abstract
Allocating land to young people is a strong incentive for them to start their own businesses, especially in the agricultural, livestock or horticultural sectors. This, in turn, contributes to increased employment and economic development. Land allocation alone is not enough. Young people need technical skills and financial support to effectively manage these land plots. For example, it is important to have subsidies, loans or technological support programs. Responsible control mechanisms should be developed to ensure the targeted use of land plots and the implementation of established projects.
In this regard, two countries can be cited as examples of international experience and conclusions. Indian experience - In India, land plots are allocated to young farmers for agricultural development. The government provides them with subsidies, technical support and marketing services. This is giving positive results in developing the rural economy. African countries: In African countries, land allocation for young entrepreneurs is an important part of encouraging living in rural areas. For example, in Kenya and Tanzania, special programs have been developed for young farmers. Cooperatives are particularly effective in developing small and medium-sized businesses, pooling resources, and ensuring economic stability. International experience suggests that education and information, improving the legal framework, and creating financial support programs are essential for the development of cooperative organizations.
