Abstract

This article discusses the role of folk medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis, which has become relevant in the medical field.

Gastritis is a disease that is characterized by inflammation of the gastric mucosa. Acute and chronic types of gastritis are distinguished. Gastritis in children often develops during the period of intensive growth of the organs, for example, at the age of 5-6 and 9-12 years. The development of the disease has a negative impact on the basic functions of the stomach. It leads to a violation of secretory function in the first place. According to statistics, more than half of the world's population has gastritis. In 2013, there were about 90 million cases. We can see that the likelihood of developing the disease increases in older people. In the prevention and treatment of gastritis, healthy diet, regular physical activity, medicinal herbs are used. This confusion is prevalent around the world and affects our health care system. Therefore, comprehensive strategies are needed to prevent and combat gastritis.
