Abstract

The article discusses the role of the teacher in the process of improving the professional competence of future teachers and organizing the educational process, taking into account the modern characteristics of the teaching profession. The effectiveness of the formation of competence in future teachers is determined by qualitative criteria, the relevance of which depends on the content of the educational process and pedagogical conditions. The issues of implementing pedagogical activity on the basis of the principles of person-centered education and qualified approaches, new teaching methods used in pedagogical practice, plans for the proposed methods for the formation of basic competencies in teachers, and an analysis of the effectiveness of decision-making in specific pedagogical situations were discussed. The social consequences of this study are changes in the development of society, primarily the problem of globalization, the growth of the strategic direction of the market economy, changes in international relations and modern requirements for the teaching profession, the ability to organize humanitarian processes, strengthening international relations, interpersonal and intercultural relations, etc., as mentioned above. Practical meanings related to a systematically organized educational process, in which students can create new ideas through various activities, develop intellectually, gain professional knowledge, and gain experience in applying the acquired skills in the right situations.
