Abstract

This article explores ways to improve the effectiveness of physical education classes in schools. It analyzes strategies such as enhancing curricula, upgrading teachers’ qualifications, incorporating modern technologies, improving infrastructure, and ensuring active participation of students and parents. The article also highlights methods to increase student engagement through organizing competitions and enhancing motivation. These measures aim to make physical education classes more effective and engaging.
