The ginger plant has been traditionally used in Indian and Chinese medicine for 25 years. Fresh ginger contains 80.9% moisture, 2.3% fiber, 0.9% cumin, 1.2% minerals, 2.4% fiber and 12.3% carbohydrates. It is said that the active components of ginger increase cooking, absorption of cooking, relieve constipation and flatulence, and also increase the activity of the digestive system.
