Abstract
This study investigates in vitro propagation of the medicinal plant Drococephalum under conditions relevant to Uzbekistan and the adaptation of regenerants to ex vitro environments. Different concentrations of cytokinins and auxins were tested on Murashige–Skoog medium to evaluate shoot induction, rooting, and morphological development. During acclimatization, the effects of substrate, humidity, and light regime on plant survival were assessed.
