Abstract

This article analyzes effective methods for forming speech etiquette and communication culture among secondary school students. The role of speech etiquette as an important component of social relations in the formation of a student's personality is highlighted. The article demonstrates the pedagogical and psychological foundations of teaching students the culture of behavior in speech situations such as greeting, addressing, expressing gratitude, and refusal.
