Abstract

Modern challenges in the banking sector require a comprehensive approach to forecasting and business planning that integrates scientific research and pedagogical teaching methods. This paper examines the role of scientific analysis in improving forecasting models, as well as pedagogical strategies for preparing future specialists in the banking industry. Innovative approaches to teaching forecasting and strategic management in commercial banks are also presented.
