Youth entrepreneurship training plays a critical role in equipping young individuals with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to succeed in business and contribute to economic growth. This article explores effective strategies to enhance the impact of such training programs. Key approaches include adopting learner-centered methods, integrating practical learning opportunities, fostering mentorship and networking, and cultivating entrepreneurial mindsets. Additionally, leveraging technology for training delivery, providing access to financial and operational resources, and incorporating robust evaluation mechanisms are highlighted as essential components. These strategies address common challenges such as limited practical relevance and inadequate post-training support, ultimately empowering young entrepreneurs to overcome barriers and create sustainable ventures.
