Abstract
This article examines the analysis of methods that have been most frequently used and proven effective in achieving results in the competitive processes of para-judo athletes. Additionally, it explores effective ways to organize training sessions and further develop training methodologies through specialized exercises. The study also includes an analysis and development of exercises aimed at enhancing the training process for para-judo athletes.
