Abstract
The financial technology (fintech) industry has experienced significant growth in recent years and revolutionized the way financial services are delivered and consumed. As this sector continues to expand, governments around the world are struggling with the issue of how to effectively regulate it. State regulation of the Fintech market provides both risks and prospects that must be carefully considered.
