Abstract
Change has been the key in every organization as every organization strives to remain nominally competitive and design a better product, service or process. New technologies and non-standard approaches provide an opportunity to save time and means and meet the customer’s requirements. Organizations are always innovating and hence are flexible when the market is unpredictable and hence sustainable.
