ANALYSIS OF PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY FERMENTATIVE HYDROLYSIS FROM RICE STEM

Description

A technology for extracting valuable monosaccharides from industrially unimportant rice stalks in the medium of dimethylsulfoxide, an ionic liquid, is presented. The products obtained from the breakdown of rice stalks were separated from the ionic liquid by enzymatic hydrolysis.
